Colleague Accommodation

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has two types of accommodation on site for our Colleagues – dormitory style and apartment living.  To qualify to reside in our staff accommodation you must meet the legal drinking age in Alberta, which is 18.  If you do not meet this age requirement you will need to arrange for alternate accommodation.  New Colleagues are initially placed into double occupancy dormitory accommodation and are able to place their names on waitlists for apartments after arrival.

Dormitory Accommodation
The rooms are approximately 15 feet by 15 feet and are furnished with two beds, two dressers, two chairs, a table, and lamps.  Bed linen is provided (pillow, pillow case, sheets, and blanket); however we do not provide towels.  Common washrooms consisting of separate toilet and shower stalls are located on each floor, as well as telephones.  There are two common kitchen facilities in the dormitory accommodation area.

Two Person Occupancy Room Rent:  approximately $170 per month, per person
Damage Deposit:  $75 per person
Cable & Internet (optional):  additional $30 each per month

Sir Henry Thorton Village
This area features fully furnished one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, complete with kitchens and bathrooms.  Apartments are furnished with a bed and dresser in each room, kitchen table and chairs, major appliances, a couch, end table and coffee table.  Everything else will be the responsibility of the tenant (cutlery, TV, microwave, etc.).  Water, heat, and hydro and included in rent.

One Bedroom Apartment Rent:  approximately $550 per month
Damage Deposit:  $400
Two Bedroom Apartment Rent:  approximately $730 per month
Damage Deposit:  $600
Cable & Internet (optional):  additional $30 each per month

*All damage deposits must be paid upon arrival to residence*
